2020 Real Estate Market Report – Teton Valley, Idaho

2020 was an exceptional (and very busy!) year for real estate in Teton Valley, Idaho.

Here are some standout statistics (numbers are compared to 2019):

  • Overall dollar value of transactions doubled from $181M to $351M.
  • Overall number of transactions increased from 586 to 1106.
  • There were more vacant land sales in Q4 of 2020 than in all of 2019.
  • Victor made up nearly half of all 2020 Teton Valley transactions.
  • There were more >$1M sales in Q4 of 2020 than in all of 2019.
