Teton Valley Market Report – Q1 2021

We have had a busy start to 2021 in Teton Valley. Here are some standout statistics:

  • The average home price in Q1 2021 was $843,381, up 56.3% compared to $539,500 in Q1 2020.
  • The median home price in Q1 2021 was also up 46% to $678,000, compared to $465,000 in Q1 2020.
  • Vacant land sales were up 414.6% with 211 lots sold in Q1 2021, compared to 41 lots sold in Q1 2020.
  • Vacant land sales in Tetonia are up 2388.9% (!!!) to $16,202,988 in Q1 2021, compared to $651,000 in 2020.
